We send our wheat bags using either a tracked courier service or NZ Post. Delivery times can vary. We offer a next day service whenever possible but some areas are a little harder to reach and can take longer. Rural delivery can take up to 4 working days.
We offer FREE Shipping for all orders over $75. Orders under $75 incur a $6.00 Urban delivery or $10.00 Rural delivery postage and handling fee. Note: If your address is rural delivery and you have selected the urban shipping option at checkout, there will be a delay in the dispatch of your order whilst we wait to receive the rural delivery fee.
We are happy for you to pick up your order, please select this option at the check out and we will contact you once your order is ready for collection.
We will send you the tracking number so you can keep track of your parcel however if there is an issue with delivery please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will chase it up for you.
We take great pride in the quality of our workmanship, however if there is a problem with your wheat bag and you wish to return it please email us at email@example.com. Please state your issue in the email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If there is a fault with the bag that is not due to overuse or misuse then we are happy to send you a new wheat bag as a replacement or offer a refund. You will be required to send the original wheat bag back to us and once we receive it we will process the refund or send out a replacement.
