We send our wheat bags using either a tracked courier service or NZ Post. Delivery times can vary. We offer a next day service whenever possible but some areas are a little harder to reach and can take longer. Rural delivery can take up to 4 working days.

We offer a flat rate of shipping of $5 on all orders, and FREE Shipping for all orders over $50.

We will send you the tracking number so you can keep track of your parcel however if there is an issue with delivery please get in touch at and we will chase it up for you.


We take great pride in the quality of our workmanship, however if there is a problem with your wheat bag and you wish to return it please email us at Please state your issue in the email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If there is a fault with the bag that is not due to overuse or misuse then we are happy to send you a new wheat bag as a replacement or offer a refund. You will be required to send the original wheat bag back to us and once we receive it we will process the refund or send out a replacement.
